●About shipping

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

- We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

・Delivery may take some time depending on the order status.

- The arrival of your product may be delayed due to traffic conditions caused by weather or during busy transportation periods.

・We cannot accept changes to the address after an order has been placed. Please contact the shipping company's office using the shipping company and tracking number listed in the shipping notification email to request a change of address.

・We are not responsible for any trouble or damage that occurs during shipping. Please note that we are not eligible for compensation for damages.

If any additional shipping or receiving is required, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

●Cancellation, change, exchange, and return policy

- We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience after the product order has been confirmed.

- Customer errors in operation and duplicate purchases also fall under the customer's circumstances.

- Before confirming your order, please check the product name, color, size, and quantity once again before confirming your purchase.

・Please note that we generally do not accept returns of products.

- There may be errors in the actual color, design, and size of the product.

-The color may look slightly different from the actual product depending on the lighting conditions during photography and the browser you are using.

● Regarding defective products/misdeliveries

- We take the utmost care in managing and shipping our products, but if the delivered product is defective or different from the product ordered, we will exchange it for the same product.

If an exchange is not possible due to the product being out of stock, we will provide a refund.

In that case, please be sure to contact us within one week of receiving the product.

If you would like to exchange the item, we will process it as soon as we receive it back.

- We do not accept exchanges for products that have been used, such as those that have faded or transferred color.

・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

・If part of the product is lost due to customer's fault

・If the product is soiled or damaged due to reasons of the customer

・If you have used the product even once

・If the product has been altered, washed or dry cleaned

If we determine that we cannot accept the exchange based on the above.

● Regarding re-shipment of products

- If the product is returned to the warehouse from which it was sent by the shipping company after it has been shipped due to customer negligence such as an incorrect address, incorrect nameplate, or long-term absence, as a general rule we will not be able to resend the product.

In that case, we may cancel your order and refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

We ship worldwide.

Please check the shipping cost displayed after entering your address.

Customs duties are not included and may be charged when you receive the item.

Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
